We grow and pack every plant here at our Dural nursery, then send it to your door with Australia Post's eParcel service, with full consignment tracking on every order. Here is exactly where we deliver and what it costs, so there are no surprises at checkout.
To keep things simple, we charge one flat-rate shipping cost per state, no matter how many plants you order. Orders of $200 or more ship free, everywhere we deliver.
Due to strict biosecurity laws, we are unable to ship live plants to Western Australia or Tasmania.
All orders are packed on Mondays and dispatched on Tuesdays. Any order placed after the Monday cut-off is packed and sent the following week, so your plants spend as little time in transit as possible.
Please allow 1 to 4 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch. That is how long most orders take to reach their destination, though delays can happen over holiday periods and during store promotions and sales.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number, so you can follow your plants all the way to your door.
You are welcome to collect your order from our nursery at 658 Old Northern Road, Dural NSW 2158, Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. Get in touch to arrange a pick-up time once your order is ready.
