Full Refund if you don't receive your order

You will receive a full refund if your order does not arrive within a reasonable time frame (Usually within 5 working days from dispatch, depending on your location).

Refund or Keep plants if not as described

You can get a full refund if your plants are significantly different from the description or you can opt for a partial refund and keep the plants. Because these are live plants, this does not include blemishes or slight colour variation of the foliage or flowers.

Refund or Replacement if plants don't survive to 30 days

You can get a full refund or replacements if your plants do not survive 30 days from the date of arrival. This is providing all instructions on our growers guide have been followed.
