Payment

Paypal

This is our preferred payment method. Paypal is one of the
Australia\'s leading online payment services. Its very easy to join and
is completely free.

Just proceed through checkout and choose 'PayPal' as the payment option.

Please note: Funding your Paypal account from your bank account (rather than
your credit card) can add an additional 4-9 days delay in delivery as
there is a longer delay in your funds being cleared...If funding your
paypal account from a credit card, we receive the payment instantly

We accept Visa and Mastercard through our secure credit card payment gateway - eWay.

Alternatively, you can call our office on 02 9653 9430 with your credit card details
and we’ll mark your order as paid once the transaction is processed. 

Pay on Pickup

Payment on pickup is welcome from our nursery.

Please note: due to COVID restrictions, any visit to our nursery is by appointment only.

You are required to checkin via the Service NSW QR code and we have implimented COVID practices.

We are next door to Dural Tourist Information Centre.

Pickup is available from 9am - 4pm Mon-Sat.


Our office is at the rear of the property adjacent to the rear car park.
There is a cafe (Wild Pear Cafe), a pot shop (Pots Online) on site.

We accept Cash, Eftpos and Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard) 

We can deliver plants to all states of Australia except Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania due to their strict bio-security regulations.

We offer a No questions asked, money back guarantee where we will refund or replace goods if you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase.

Shipping

If you require shipping, please confirm we have the correct address on your invoice, if there are any errors, please send us an email with the correct address  

Sorry, due to strict Bio-Security restrictions, we are unable to Post to WA, NT or TAS  

We pick and pack all paid purchases every Monday and dispatch on Tuesdays. 

Any payments made after 9am Monday will be shipped the

Yes, there is an option that can be selected through checkout giving us the authority to instruct the driver to leave the package without a signature, if this is not selected the driver will leave a calling card if the recipient is unavailable to accept delivery.  

Free local pickup is welcome If you are planning to pickup your plants. Please send us an email as soon as you have made the purchase.

Our packaging method is second to none, ensuring that no matter how the package is handled in transit, your plants are kept safe and secure. 

Every effort is taken to ensure your plants arrive safely.  

First, we individually pack each plant into plastic bags. This helps to seal in the moisture and secure the potting mix around the root ball, so you don\'t end up with a dry, bare-rooted plant  

Packing Method

Second, each plant is packed into a strong, high quality cardboard box and secured with packing material. This protects the stem and foliage from any heavy handling during transit.

Shipping to a PO Box is no problem at all as we only use Australia Posts eParcel service for all our shipping. This service comes with a tracking number which will be emailed to you once the plants are dispatched.
