Coprosma's are evergreen shrubs from New Zealand that are grown for their colorful glossy leaves. Leaf colour is more intense in the autumn and winter. They become drough resistant with age.
Coprosma can be used in a garden or as pot specimen. It's extremely hardy in sunny, well drained positions. Its striking Burgundy red foliage and very compact growth makes it perfect for a low hedge.
