Shipping Method and Location

We ship to the following states

To keep things simple, we have a flat rate shipping cost for each State.

NSW - $18.50

ACT - $18.50

VIC - $24.00

QLD - $24.00

SA - $28.00

NT - $35.00

Unfortunately, due to strict bio-security laws, we are unable to ship plants to Western Australia or Tasmania.

We use Australia Posts eParcel service with full consignment tracking.

All orders are packed on Mondays and dispatched on Tuesdays, any orders paid for after 9am Monday morning will be shipped the following week.

Please allow 1 - 4 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch. This is generally how long it takes most orders to reach their destination but there are occasions where delays can occur, these include holiday periods and during store promotions and sales.

With eParcel, you will receive an automated email from Australia Post with the tracking number and instructions and an update email every time the parcel status is updated.
