Pickup is available from 9am – 4pm Mon-Sat.
Our office is at the rear of the property adjacent to the rear car park. There is a cafe (Wild Pear Cafe), a pot shop (Pots Online) on site.

Our packaging method is second to none, ensuring that no matter how the package is handled in transit, your plants are kept safe and secure.
Every effort is taken to ensure your plants arrive safely.
First, we individually pack each plant into plastic bags. This helps to seal in the moisture and secure the potting mix around the root ball, so you don’t end up with a dry, bare-rooted plant
Second, each plant is packed horizontally into a strong, high quality cardboard box and secured with packing material. This protects the stem and foliage from any heavy handling during transit.

Yes, there is an option that can be selected through checkout giving us the authority to instruct the driver to leave the package without a signature, if this is not selected the driver will leave a calling card if the recipient is unavailable to accept delivery.
A PO Box is no problem at all as we only use Australia Posts eParcel service for all our shipping. This service comes with a tracking number which will be emailed to you once the plants are dispatched.
