Shipping Method and Location
We ship to the following states
New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia and Australian Capitol Territory.
Unfortunately, due to strict bio-security laws, we are unable to ship plants to Western Australia, Norther Territory or Tasmania.
We use Australia Posts eParcel service with full consignment tracking
With eParcel, you will receive an automated email from Australia Post with the tracking number and instructions and an update email every time the parcel status is updated.
All orders are packed on Mondays and dispatched on Tuesdays, any orders paid for after 9am Monday morning will be shipped the following week.
Please allow 1 – 3 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch. This is generally how long it takes most orders to reach their destination but there are occasions where delays can occur, these include holiday periods and during store promotions and sales.

Packing Method 1First, we individually pack each plant into plastic bags. This helps to seal in the moisture and secure the potting mix around the root ball, so you don’t end up with a dry, bare-rooted plant
Packing Method 2Second, each plant is packed horizontally into a strong, high quality cardboard box and secured with packing material. This protects the stem and foliage from any heavy handling during transit.

Yes, there is an option that can be selected through checkout giving us the authority to instruct the driver to leave the package without a signature, if this is not selected the driver will leave a calling card if the recipient is unavailable to accept delivery.
A PO Box is no problem at all as we only use Australia Posts eParcel service for all our shipping. This service comes with a tracking number which will be emailed to you once the plants are dispatched.
