Description Name   Common Name: Persian Silk Tree Botanical Name: Albizia Julibrissin Rosea   Size   These plants are about 25 - 30cm in height Each plant comes in its own 75mm (3") pot   This variety can grow to about 10m high and wide.    Description/Uses   A small, delightful, deciduous tree with large, soft fern-like leaves. Terminal clusters of flowers with long deep pink stamens arranged like fluffy silk tassels appear in sumer   Persian Silk tree makes a wonderful ornamental tree which would be the focal point of any garden   Care and Maintenance Medium water use Semi shade to full sun Low to medium maintenance Prefers well drained soils. Keep well watered through summer. All our plants are established in their pots and are ready to plant straight into your garden or a larger pot.   Water well each day for 2 - 3 weeks after planting.
