Description Name   Common Name: Duranta Sheenas Gold Botanical Name: Duranta Erecta   Size   These plants are about 5 - 10cm in height Each plant comes in its own 50mm (2") pot   This variety can grow to about 5m high and 3m wide.    Description/Uses   Duranta Sheenas Gold makes an ideal hedge or windbreak, feature plant in a pot or plant as a specimen shrub. It needs full sun to attain its beautiful golden coloured foliage, but will grow well in a partly shaded area. Small blue flowers with orange berries are produced in the spring. Can be trimmed to what ever height or shape required.   Care and Maintenance Medium water use Semi shade to full sun Medium to high maintenance Sheenas Gold is very sensitive to frost damage and should be kept in a protected area during the colder months. Fertilize with a liquid or slow release fertilizer. Can be pruned at anytime to any shape. All our plants are established in their pots and are ready to plant straight into your garden or a larger pot.   Water well each day for 2 - 3 weeks after planting. Plant 1m apart to create a screen or windbreak
