Botanical Name: Clivia Miniata

Size

These plants are about 20-25cm in height

Each plant comes in its own 75mm (3") pot

This variety can grow to about 50cm tall and 30cm wide.

Description/Uses

Clivia Miniata is a clump forming perennial with dark green strap shaped leaves. The flowering heads of brilliant orange trumpet shaped flowers appear mainly in spring (August to November) but also sporadically at other times of the year.

These plants are suitable for growing as houseplants and outdoors in frost-free climates. Requiring very little light water and fertilizer they are extremely easy to look after and have become a much sought after plant

In general the plants do best when their roots are somewhat constricted by a small pot. They are an easy to care for plant which tolerates typical household conditions.

All our plants are established in their pots and are ready to plant straight into your garden or a larger pot.
