Botanical Name: Cupressocyparis Leylandii Castlewellan Gold

 

Size

 

These plants are about 15 - 20cm in height

Each plant comes in its own 50mm (2") pot

 

This variety can grow to about 25m tall and 4m wide. 

 

Description/Uses

 

A fast growing conifer with a dense conical habit and attractive gold tip foliage. Fantastic for windbreaks Privacy screen hedging or as a specimen plant.

 

Great for avenue and driveway plantings it has an eye catching golden/green foliage

Castlewellan Gold is frost tolerant and will also tolerate a range of soils including, Poor dry, heavily compacted or sandy loam. Performs best in well draining sunny position.

All our plants are established in their pots and are ready to plant straight into your garden or a larger pot.

  • Plant 1.5 - 2m apart for a privacy screen or windbreak
