Australia Posts
eParcel service with full consignment tracking
Australia wide (except WA, NT and TAS)
With eParcel, you will receive an
automated email from Australia Post with the tracking number and
instructions and an update email every time the parcel status is
updated.
Our
packaging method is second to none, ensuring that no mater
how the package is handled in transit, your plants are kept
safe and secure.
Every
effort is taken to ensure your plants arrive safely
First,
we individually pack each plant into plastic bags. This
helps to seal in the moisture and secure the potting mix
around the root ball, so you don't end up with a dry,
bare-rooted plant
Second,
each plant is packed into a strong, high quality cardboard
box and secured with packing material. This protects the
stem and foliage from any heavy handling during transit.
We prefer to ship to a street address but if for any reason, a PO Box must be
used, please let us know. Fastway couriers cannot deliver to PO Box addresses so
Australia Post will be used.
