SPECIAL NOTE: Funding your PayPal account from your bank account (rather
than your credit card) can add an additional 4-9 days delay in delivery as there is a longer delay in your funds being cleared.

If funding your paypal account from a credit card, we receive the payment instantly

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Please call our office on 02 9653 9430 with your credit card details and we’ll mark your order as paid once the transaction is processed

Free local pickup is welcome

 

If you are planning to pickup your plants. Please send us an email as soon as you have made the purchase.

We accept Cash, Eftpos and Credit Cards

Our nursery is located at
658 Old Northern Road
Dural NSW 2158

We are next door to Dural Tourist Information Centre.
Our office is at the rear of the property adjacent to the back car park.
Pickup is available from 9am - 4pm Mon-Sat.

 

You can drop in any time but a call or email to arrange a time will be much appreciated

If you require shipping, please confirm we have the correct address on your invoice, if it is incorrect, please send us an email with the correct address

 

Sorry, due to strict Bio-Security restrictions, we are unable to Post to WA, NT or TAS

 

We pick and pack all paid purchases every Monday and dispatch on Tuesdays. Any payments made after 9am Monday will be shipped the following week

 

Postage Cost

$14.00 Flat rate for any amount of plants

Autstralia Post Icon Australia Posts eParcel service with full consignment tracking

 Australia wide (except WA, NT and TAS)

 

With eParcel, you will receive an automated email from Australia Post with the tracking number and instructions and an update email every time the parcel status is updated.

 

4) How well do the plants travel

Our packaging method is second to none, ensuring that no mater how the package is handled in transit, your plants are kept safe and secure.

Every effort is taken to ensure your plants arrive safely

 

First, we individually pack each plant into plastic bags. This helps to seal in the moisture and secure the potting mix around the root ball, so you don't end up with a dry, bare-rooted plant

 

 

Second, each plant is packed into a strong, high quality cardboard box and secured with packing material. This protects the stem and foliage from any heavy handling during transit.

5) I only have a PO Box - is that a problem?

We prefer to ship to a street address but if for any reason, a PO Box must be used, please let us know. Fastway couriers cannot deliver to PO Box addresses so Australia Post will be used. 

 

6) Can I change my order after I've hit 'Buy It Now'?

Yes, just send us an email to let us know what you would like to change before you pay and we'll be happy to change the order for you.

 

Please Note: If you are changing your order in any way or have been quoted a price please wait until you have contact us before paying.

 

7) Can I mix my mix and match my order?

You can customise your order with any combination of the varieties available. Just send us an email with the details after you have made the purchase.

 

8) What if I can't find the variety I'm looking for?

If you don't find what you're looking for feel free to send us an email, chances are we'll have it and if we don't we can usually source it from one of our suppliers.

 

9) Do you have larger plant sizes available?

10) Where do you deliver to?

We can deliver plants to all states of Australia except Western Australia and Tasmania due to their strict bio-security regulations.

 

11) How do I combine multiple purchases?

In most cases you will combine your purchases and the shipping charges will be calculated for you, if not please email or call us and we will combine the invoices for you.
