We use the Fair
Trading Act of NSW as the basis of resolving any
problems associated with this transaction and will
resolve any matters according to these well accepted and
fair guidelines.

An auction is a legal contract and the winning
bidder is obliged to complete the transaction.

We expect contact from the winning bidder
within 72 hours from the end of the listing, if no
contact is made, the winner will be considered a non
payer and will be reported to eBay and the goods will be
relisted.

Under no circumstances will plants be
posted before payment is made.

We expect payment within 7 days from the
end of the auction unless otherwise agreed upon before
the end of the listing.

All goods will be dispatched on the
Monday after payment has cleared. Any payments made
after 9am Monday morning will be dispatched the
following Monday. This is to avoid having plants stuck
in transit over the weekends.

We always provide feedback. Non paying
bidders will be reported to eBay.
