PRICES

All prices shown are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices shown are per lot. Lot quantities are specified clearly in the item title and the item description.

DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES
All plants are dispatched Mondays and Tuesdays following cleared payment. Any payments cleared after 9am Monday morning will be dispatched the following week. Despatch of plants may be delayed if forecast weather conditions are considered unsuitable for plants in transit. Please allow additional delivery time during peak times. You will be notified via email of any delays.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason a customer requires a return or refund, we are to be notified of the reason via a call or email. Returns can be sent in their original condition to Evergreen Growers, 658 Old Northern Road, Dural, NSW. 2158. Please include with your return: your name, address and your Reference/Invoice No. from the paperwork that accompanied your order. Also advise whether you require a refund or a replacement and how the refund ( if required) should be issued. Any replacements will be sent immediately unless there is a stock problem, whereby you will be notified and given the choice of another replacement.

AVAILABILITY AND SIZES
Due to the ever changing availability and sizes of living plants, we reserve the right to change or cancel orders where we find the availability or size specified to be out of date at the time of purchase. If the order has been confirmed and payment is made, a full refund will be issued if you do not wish to proceed with your order due to an error on our part.

IMAGES

All images are intended as a guide only. While we take great care in showing images that are as close as possible to the plants being advertised, unfortunately, there are many variables such as weather, seasonal changes and natural variation which may effect the appearance of each variety. The gallery images are used to show what the plants will look like when matured will the images in the item description are a closer representation of the plants you will receive.
